In a short note on Woody Roehmer Roand sabatier wrties in 'Le Lettrisme' (1998) writes: ' ...cette facture ciselante, d'aspect naif, qui résulte de la multiplication de segments au détriment de l'ensemble, retrouve l'idée commune du puzzle qui resterait inachevé. Elle va se développer, s'amplifier ou se réduire au cours des réalisations postérieures, pour livrer les facettes innombrables d'un des styles les plus personnels et les plus mystérieux – de l‘art hypergraphique. De Woodie Roehmer, et en pensant à ses peintures, Isidore Isou écrira dans sa préface ä l'exposition Sept femmes lettristes [77] de la galerie Bayarré, en 1978, qu'elle "possède une grande science de l'art graphique et ces oeuvres qui se défient, les unes les autres en noblesse, ont l'air de défier également le regard étranger par une science dont on n'arrive pas saisir les subtilités, les secrets"'

Square cardboard box (grey paper over boards) with four compartments and 4 card board drawers. One drawer contains a hypergraphic relief (2,5 x 6,5 x 11) made of white plaster, illustrated, signed and dated by Lemaitre in green ink; one drawer contains a hypergraphic relief made of white plaster and painted blue, numbered and signed in ink by Sabatier; one drawer that contains a woodblock (7,5 x 8 x 12) with on top an illustrated and blue colored etching plate. The woodblock is dated, signed and titled ‘L’hypergraph vivant’ on the side of the woodblock’ ; the fourth drawer contains a 20 page leporello with one white plaster hypergraphic relief, painted in gold color, signed and dated in pencil by Alin Satié, a handwritten ‘index’ page, signed and dated by Satié, a 12 page ‘lettrist’ poem and a colophon page numbered and signed in pencil by Satié.

- First edition. One of 35 numbered, dated and signed copies. Signed by Maurice Lemaitre, Roland Sabatier, Alain Satie and Jaques Spacagna.
